What to Expect at Your First Visit
Our friendly staff will greet you and ensure all paperwork is completed. Dr. Ratliff will review your health history, examine your mouth thoroughly, and explain any measurements taken. If needed, diagnostic imaging or a biopsy may be performed. The doctor will then discuss personalized treatment options.
Throughout your visit, Dr. Ratliff and our staff will take time to understand your concerns, explain the Dr.’s findings, and answer your questions completely. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and informed.
Ongoing Care
Pure Perio provides complete care beyond your first visit. We'll schedule necessary follow-ups to continue treatment and monitor healing. Our dedicated team supports you through every step.

Payment Policies & Dental Insurance
As a fee-for-service practice, we require payment at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and CareCredit financing.
Although out-of-network, we submit dental insurance claims on your behalf as a courtesy. Your insurance provider reimburses you directly. We treat patients based on their needs, not insurance limitations.
